Gary Eyring is a Principal with The Open Organization which he co-founded with Karen Tuff in 1994. Utilizing a model developed over the past 50 years by Will Schutz, Ph.D., they created a consulting and training firm dedicated to increasing performance through more productive working relationships.
Gary is a dynamic speaker and skilled facilitator with a successful track record in conducting workshops and speaking in public venues. He has been responsible for building The Open Organization business base with companies such as The Boeing Company, CH2M Hill, Samsung, Hexcel Corporation, and CB Richard Ellis. He has acted as a mentor to a variety of leaders within these organizations.
During his 25 years in the sale and marketing of securities and investment advisory services for a variety of Wall Street firms, Gary developed a strong ability to forecast economic and societal trends. His continued interest in forecasting led him to join a management consulting organization that focuses on enhancing management skills to improve financial performance. Gary's work with The Open Organization, integrates the behavioral changes resulting from interpersonal skills training with performing real time work to achieve financial success. Gary holds a MBA from Brigham Young University, with a special interest and finance and organizational development.
