As the workshop coordinator for The Open Organization, Karen manages many of the pre and post workshop functions necessary for a successful workshop experience
Prior to joining The Open Organization, Karen worked at Management Action Programs, Inc.(MAP) as the branch operations manager and as a workshop coordinator for seven years. Her skills at interacting with the public, managing all aspects of in-house and public workshops, as well as event coordination and general office management have helped make an easy transition to The Open Organization.
One of her greatest accomplishments with MAP was cutting office expenses 30% while keeping the branch employee satisfaction rating the highest in the company.
